In this farewell
There's no blood, there's no alibi
'Cause I've drawn regret
From the truth of a thousand lies
So let mercy come and wash away
What I've done
I'll face myself
To cross out what I've become
Erase myself
And let go of what I've done
Put to rest
What you thought of me
While I clean this slate
With the hands of uncertainty
So let mercy come and wash away
What I've done
I'll face myself
To cross out what I've become
Erase myself
And let go of what I've done
For what I've done
I start again
And whatever pain may come
Today this ends
I'm forgiving
What I've done
I'll face myself
To cross out what I've become
Erase myself
And let go of what I've done

(Na-na na na, na-na na na)
What I've done
(Na-na na na, na-na na na)
(Na-na na na, na-na na na)
Forgiving what I've done
(Na-na na na, na-na na na)
(Na-na na na, na-na na na)

Excellent, genre-defying album. It obliterates the line between rock and electronica but never loses sight of both heaviness and pop hooks. I can't believe this is a one-man project. The songwriting and production are just too well done. This is no work of an amateur dicking around in his bedroom. This guy is a total professional. dharmalogos

What can I say?! This EP speaks to me on a level that's almost the very fabric of my being! I've loved LeBrock for many years and Shaun's new project as House of Serpents is beyond exciting! The sound is deliciously darker but the hugely catchy riffs are there along with Shaun's unmistakeable vocals. You'll be singing these choons at the top of yer lungs!
